Dr. Vege has been in medical practice since 2018. She has worked as a hospitalist at IU Health after residency before specializing in Rheumatology. Dr. Vege believes in a shared decision-making approach and will discuss the available treatment options. As a Rheumatologist, she believes that the treatments available wll have a great impact on quality of life for her patients. She is committed to helping patients return to the activities they love. Her other interests include spending time with her family, traveling, playing board games, and biking.
Dr. Vege received her MBBS degree from Mamata Medical College, India. She did her residency at Long Island Jewish Forest Hills, NY. She completed her Rheumatology fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, IN. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology.
