Bio

Dr. Brittany Daulton is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Family Medicine, as well as Associate Director of the Bowen Center for Health Workforce Research & Policy. Dr. Daulton collaborates with the Bowen Center team to provide leadership and expertise in Evaluation ScienceResearch Methodology and translation across the Center’s portfolio of projects. She received a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University in 2011, as well as a PhD in Educational Psychology and Research, with a concentration in Evaluation, Statistics, and Measurement from the University of Tennessee in 2015. Her interests include providing data driven solutions within the health workforce, as well as researching and promoting the role of the workforce in health outcomes.
